Salary Details
- Pay Scale: ₹21,700 - ₹69,100 (Pay Level-3, 7th Pay Commission) for most posts; ₹18,000 - ₹56,900 (Pay Level-1) for Sepoy in NCB.
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/month, including DA (~50%, ₹10,850), HRA (8-24%, ₹1,736 - ₹5,208), TA, other allowances.
- Job Tenure: Permanent, with NPS pension, medical benefits, paid leaves.
- Other Benefits: Job security, uniform allowance, promotions to Head Constable, medical facilities, LTC.
