For Post-Graduation, a degree in any discipline (minimum 2 years) with at least 55% marks is required, while pass marks are accepted for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. |

- Pay Scale: ₹55,200 - ₹99,750 (Level-10, 7th Pay Commission, 16-year scale)
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹1,22,717 - ₹1,50,374/month, including DA (~42%, ₹23,184), HRA (15%, ₹8,280 in Mumbai), Grade Allowance, other allowances
- Job Tenure: Permanent (2-year probation, extendable to 4 years), with NPS pension, medical benefits, paid leaves
- Other Benefits: Job security, promotions to Assistant General Manager, accommodation, vehicle, education loans, LFC
