| Field Engineer (Civil) | Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Civil with at least 55% marks and a minimum of 1 year of experience in related civil works. |
| Field Supervisor (Electrical) | Candidates must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 55% marks (B.E./B.Tech. holders are not eligible) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Transmission, Distribution, or Rural Electrification (RE) works. |
| Field Supervisor (Civil) | Candidates must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks (B.E./B.Tech. holders are not eligible) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in civil works. |
