Salary

Pay Scale: ₹88,635 - ₹1,69,025 (AAO/AE, scale: 88635-4385(14)-150025-4750(4)-169025), plus DA, HRA, allowances
Gross Salary: Approx. ₹1,26,000/month in ‘A’ class city, including DA (~50%), HRA (8-24%), CCA, medical
Job Tenure: Permanent, with NPS pension, gratuity, LTC, medical benefits
Other Benefits: Special allowances for passing III/Actuarial exams, vehicle loans, meal coupons

Important Note:

Assistant Administrative Officer shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining.
Candidates must sign a Guarantee Bond to serve LIC for a minimum of four years. Failure to complete this term will result in the candidate or their estate paying liquidated damages of Rs. 5,00,000.
