OR - Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.), in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002. OR - Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR - Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) recognized by RCI. - Pay Scale (Primary Teacher, Classes 1-5): ₹29,700 - ₹92,300 (Level-8, 7th Pay Commission)
- Pay Scale (TGT, Classes 6-8): ₹35,600 - ₹1,12,500 (Level-10, 7th Pay Commission)
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹35,000 - ₹46,000/month, including DA (~42%, ₹12,474 - ₹14,952), HRA (8-24%, ₹2,376 - ₹8,532), TA, other allowances
- Job Tenure: Permanent (upon appointment via HPSSC or HPBOSE recruitment), with NPS pension, medical benefits, paid leaves
- Other Benefits: Job security, promotions to Headmaster/Principal, medical facilities, LTC, professional growth
