- Pay Scale: ₹1,31,400 - ₹2,17,100 (Level-13A1, 7th Pay Commission), plus allowances
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,00,000/month, including DA (~50%), HRA (8-24%), TA, other allowances
- Job Tenure: Permanent, with NPS pension, medical benefits, paid leaves
- Other Benefits: Job security, promotion to higher academic posts, medical facilities, LTC, research opportunities).
