Salary
- Pay Scale (Secondary Teacher, Classes 9-10): ₹31,000 (Level-9, 7th Pay Commission)
- Pay Scale (Senior Secondary Teacher, Classes 11-12): ₹32,000 (Level-10, 7th Pay Commission)).
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹40,000 - ₹50,000/month, including DA (~42%, ₹13,020 - ₹13,440), HRA (8-27%, ₹2,480 - ₹8,640), TA, other allowances
- Job Tenure: Permanent (upon appointment via BPSC TRE), with NPS pension, medical benefits, paid leaves
